Shoes – Remove the insole of the shoe and measure the length of the insole.

Upper Apparel – Measure the length between the armpits from the outside for the pit-to-pit measurement. Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment for the length measurement.

Jeans – Measure the top of the waist from side to side with the jeans fully zipped for the waist measurement. Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg along the inner seam for the inseam.
