Shoes – Remove the insole of the shoe and measure the length of the insole.

Upper Apparel – Measure the length between the armpits from the outside for the pit-to-pit measurement. Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the garment for the length measurement.

Jeans – Measure the top of the waist from side to side with the jeans fully zipped for the waist measurement. Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg along the inner seam for the inseam.

Never Used - The item has never been used outside and shows no signs of wear.

Perfect - The item has been used very gently and shows no signs of wear.

Excellent - The item had been used very gently and shows almost no signs of use.

Very good - The item has been used gently and only has small signs of wear.

Good - The item has been used and shows some signs of wear.

Fair - The item has been frequently worn and shows many signs of wear.
